Everyone's doing something with AI. Almost no one has a plan.
Every company at your level is running pilots, testing copilots, and telling the board "we're on it." Fewer can actually answer the follow up question: on it toward what? What should your AI setup actually do for your company, and how do you know when it's working?
This program is four sessions built to get you an actual answer, alongside 20 other CTOs asking themselves the exact same thing. Not a workshop where you nod along to a framework and forget it by Friday. By the end, you'll have actually started to build your organisation's second brain, not just talked about what one might look like.
Nobody in the room has this fully figured out yet, including you, including us. That's the point. You'll get further faster by building it out loud with 20 peers who are stuck on the same problems than by quietly grinding through it alone in a Slack channel nobody else can see. Someone in this room has probably already solved the exact thing you're stuck on right now.
What you'll actually do
Four sessions, spaced out, each building on the last together with peers and the actual problem.
Session 1. Vision. We set the vision and lay the conceptual groundwork for what a company brain actually looks like for you. What do we want it to accomplish, and how will we know it's working? We align on KPIs and success criteria before anyone touches a keyboard.
Session 2. Current state. We map where you actually stand today and the organisational obstacles in the way. What fundamentals are already in place, and what still needs to be arranged to succeed? Expect an honest exchange on common pitfalls, and the trial and error nobody puts in the case study.
Session 3. Roadmap. We build the roadmap: the concrete steps and infrastructure needed to close the gap between today and your vision. What does it actually take, technically and organisationally, to get the rest of your company on board?
Session 4. Outcome. Every participating company presents how far they got and what they learned along the way, wins and misfires both. We close by setting new targets for where this goes next.
Between sessions: Brainwork
This isn't a program you attend and forget about until the next one. Between sessions, you keep building back at your own company, that's the Brainwork. The group stays a message away the whole time, so when you get stuck at 4pm on a Tuesday, you're not stuck alone.
Who this is for
CTOs and technical leaders who are past the "should we even do this" question and into the harder one: what are we actually building, and how. One seat per company, grouped with peers at a similar company size, since that tends to matter more than industry here: what's realistic for you depends a lot on whether you're free to use whatever tooling you want, or locked into something like Microsoft 365 Copilot for security reasons.
No laptop required for session one. Bring the problem you're actually trying to solve.
